My whatapp notifications are not working on my versa 4, all other notifications are working. I have turned it on in the Fitbit app.

Hi there, @Sophie1108.

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa 4 and the steps tried on your own. Because the issue is just with WhatsApp, please go to your iPhone settings and tap Notifications. Then look for WhatsApp and verify the following:

  • Allow Notifications is set to On.
  • Alerts > Notification Center is set to On.
  • Show Previews set to Always or When Unlocked.

Once that is done, give a try to the following:

  1. Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone and forget your Versa 4 from the list.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Restart your watch to refresh its performance.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and pull down on the screen to force a manual sync.
  5. Try receiving a notification from WhatsApp to test your watch.
