Hi @NEO-BAHAMUT-. Welcome to the forums! Please check your privacy settings, just to be sure they are set up correctly. In the IOS Fitbit app, tap the Account icon, then scroll down to Privacy. Tap it and select Weight. Your privacy choices are Private, Friends and Public. If you and your friends all have that set to Friends, then you should all be able to see each other’s weight. Important: Be sure to tap SAVE before exiting this screen, then sync your device.
Please let me know how it goes.

No it’s nothing to do with privacy settings. The App actually crashes and closes down.

I’m afraid I have no other suggestions, @NEO-BAHAMUT-. Maybe someone else will respond. Or you can always contact Support. Sorry.

I’ve been having the same issue. I’ve resorted to taking a screen shot, crop and the send manually.

Same issue here. I am using an iPhone 7 plus with iOS 11.4
Also tried the suggested restart of the iPhone, but that did not work. Also there is no FitBit app available on the Appstore for me. Also tried different network settings, but nothing helped..
FitBit, please fix it..

Come on Fitbit! You have iPhones to test on. The app has bugs which need ironing out. This is one of them. This is for ALL iPhones and this particular bug has been around for as long as I can remember. Please stop asking users for details. It’s simple. This affects all iPhones no matter which iOS version there on and it’s still there in the latest version.
