My dashboard used to show my data in circles and now it's in list format... Missing the circles, how can you switch it back?

@Runner2 @Walkthewlk @nikitaelle @letyma56 @Laneyr @LRHG The dashboard with circle tiles that @toughcookie posted a screenshot of is a test version of the App that we were trying out.

Since the test is over, there unfortunately isn't a way to revert back to the test dashboard, but it is possible that aspects of the test app could be in future version of the Fitbit iOS App.

Hi Derrick - sadly I think that's a lazy answer by FitBit. What's the purpose of a test if no one knows they're a part of it and then are not asked their thoughts and opinions? You've said multiple times that we may see parts of it the future but nothing on when or what. That's petty crappy customer service if you ask me. FitBit provided me a highly useful and user friendly dashboard when I spent $150 and downloaded the app and now for no other reason than because you want to I now have an app dashboard that's ineffective, ugly and unuseful. Fitbit needs to make choosing the dashboard preference available to its customers. They have no one but themselves to blame, as they should have notified the "test" subjects prior to the test then we would at least know it wasn't permanent but FitBit chose not to do that. I feel I should get the same level of service and performance I had for the first 4-5 weeks I had my FitBit, but I'm not.

Also, and more importantly, my data is missing. No sleep hours since May 22nd. And no data unless I have Bluetooth on! What is the issue with this?

Help because I am about to ask for my money back and go shopping for a device that works and keeps my data even then Bluetooth is off.

I agree.
But I am having an issue in that all sleep data past 3/22 is gone. Even after syncing.
Also, no step counts are retained or displayed unless I have Bluetooth on. What is the problem with this???
I am about to send my hr for a refund and get a device that works and actually stores my data properly.

Not happy

Those are great points from Laneyr. If it was possible to have two dashboards being used by FitBit at the same time, (the test one & the original one), then wouldn't it be possible to continue that way & have happy customers who have the choice to use the one that works best for them? Please consider this.

There seems to be different dashboard views in the app.  I have yet to determine how to keep the view I want as it keeps changing (I suspect from fitbit app updates).  The  view I want shows my progress in the circles all on one screen as shown in the first screenshot.

The view I want

This is the view it keeps coming back too that I don't want

View I don't want

How do I get the first view (first image screenshot with the cicles) back?

Thanks,

Hopefully the first one shown that is similar to the online dashboard never makes its way to the Android app. It looks terrible. The second, lower one is what we currently have and its way better. Its simple and to the point. If I want to see the other stuff, I'll just log into the FitBit website from my mobile browser.
