@Chett The nursing and pregnancy options in the "personal info" settings page have been removed for all users as the setting had no impact on your calorie burn.

On the computer Under setttings if you scroll down on the main page there is a place to select if you are pregnant or not.
I am going to move this to the iOSForum where you will get a better answer for the Phone as I do not have an Iphone. But it should be under settings as well.

@HG42 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!
To build off of @WendyB's post above, you can make this adjust on your Fitbit settings by visiting https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit and it'll be under "Body Info".
Once you make any adjustments to your settings, be sure to click save at the bottom of the page and then sync your tracker for the changes to take effect.
Let me know if you need any additional help!

@ErickFitbit, thanks v much for this timely post - I've been looking for this answer for about half an hour as I couldn't work out why I couldn't find the pregnancy options via the (computer, web browser) Settings page.
Any idea whether Fitbit are likely to consider restoring them, with more useful functionality?

Agreed! I'l like to be able to put in my target weekly weight gain during my pregnancy so I can monitor and make sure I'm on track.

@yoyoemmyjo @Enlyss @SunsetRunner I would recommend making your demand for practical pregnancy/nursing options on our Feature Request Board, specifically by voting and commenting on this request. Top-voted ideas get forwarded on to our product team for consideration.
@ejacko I recommend checking with your physician for the most accurate medical assessment regarding whether or not the Aria is right for you to use during pregnancy. Technical specs that may be helpful for your doctor are available at https://www.fitbit.com/aria#specs.

I don't believe this. If you are nursing, lactation consults will tell you that you are burning calories.

Please bring that feature back! Thanks 🙂

Hello @Florence_Ka thanks for joining the conversation, it's great to have you on board the Fitbit Community.
I appreciate your participation in the Forums and I understand your concern about not having a pregnancy mode in the Fitbit app. At this moment, our team doesn't have plans to release this feature. You can learn more about how Fitbit decides what suggestions get released in our FAQs. For now, our team will leave this suggestion open for votes (and closed to comments) so that we can continue to track community demand over time.
Thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us and we will let you know if anything changes. If there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

Actually, your metabolic needs and your basal metabolic rate change significantly with pregnancy. Yes when you are exercising you probably don’t burn calories that differently, but at rest you do. It is also annoying to have the female portion of this keep thinking it will be my period and having to delete it each month. And to have weight loss goals change to weight gain goals. Would be nice to have some guidance on healthy weight gain goals to have during pregnancy. It’s a shame that was deleted.

Please bring back the pregnancy settings, it's a bummer to have to download extra apps, and waste space when we can use Fitbit, one of the reasons why I went with Fitbit.
