I just learned that the fitbit.com dashboard is going away.  Where in the iOS will I be able to find lifetime steps, distance, etc.?  Those stats are important to me!

Yep, I use the computer/browser dashboard every single day... and now they're taking it away.  BAD MOVE FITBIT/GOOGLE!!!!!!!

Tap on the big shoe (steps) at the top of the iOS app and you can see your daily average by month for the current year and previous years by using the directional arrows. In very small print you also have the year's total steps to date. It seems, according to another post about the issue, that Google's best answer is to get a calculator and add up the previous data to get your lifetime numbers.

Thank you.  Perhaps Google will bring back lifetime stats, just as they did with step streaks.

@sfmbruns and others -- you can still see your profile on the web dashboard site (until Fitbit takes that down, too).  Go to your web dashboard and tap on your profile picture near the top.  You can see your lifetime and best achievement stats.

@magnetix   As a long time user, I have 130 months of data to add up.  I hope they fix the app before they remove the web entirely. 😉

Hey LZeeW thanks for the try but, THE WEB DASHBOARD IS GONE!

(You're right, there is a dashboard with profile information. I thought the internet presence for Fitbit was gone when Google discontinued the dashboard.)

@magnetix   Yes, the dashboard is gone, but I don't think you followed my steps.  When you go to the web dashboard, you see the ad.  Look up and to the right for your profile avatar.  Tap on that to see your full, old profile.  Your lifetime steps are on your profile page.

Thanks again LZeeW  but from the web dashboard profile page I click on the "change profile picture" and when I enter a low resolution .jpeg or .gif from file on computer into the Upload box nothing happens. I have no picture profile.

@magnetix   That link on the web dashboard stopped working many months ago.  Tap on the You icon on the bottom of your mobile app.  Now tap on Friends.  Tap on You (your tile).  Now you can change your profile and cover photos.

Thanks LZeeW for the directions. Just have to export the right avatar to my iPad. I had been trying this several months ago and haven't seen any direct instructions other than yours now.
