White screen in app

Hi, I’m not able to use my app, I have got the latest version on the app. I have tried swiping up to close the app from the home button and switched my phone off nothing works please help

Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums @Heidi2005. Sorry for the late response, I'll be glad to help you with this. 

 

Thank you for sharing this information about the problem you've been experiencing with the Fitbit app that is stuck on a white screen and the troubleshooting steps that you already tried. 

 

If you're able to see anything on the screen but the app continues to crash, please try logging out from the app, then restart your phone and log back in to check if you continue to experience the same problem. 

 

If you're still not able to get it to respond, try to uninstall and reinstall the app as well.
