So every few days I'm having to sign back into the app, whereas before I just stayed logged in, Is this happening to anyone else? Is this intentional, as some kind of security feature? or is it related to the crashes others are talking about?
It's not actually a problem, it's just annoying and it makes it hard to use the app when I have no cell or internet service, which is rather common where I live.

I am experiencing the same! Every day or two I have to log in again. Just frustrating, I never had to re-log in previously...

I'm noticing other threads with the same complaint, One got a response that didn't work for the original poster. but no answer to the question.
I'm annoyed because when I get kicked out I can't sign in again at one of my work sites because I have no cell service nor access to wifi there. That means the app is useless until I get done for the day. The bluetooth would work fine if I wasn't kicked out of the app.
So can we get some response as to why this is happening? can it be fixed, or unfixed, or what have you?
Also please be kind to those of us in rural areas and resist making (more) things internet dependant. I know some functions will always need to be, but if it can be, keep it local to the devices, PLEASE!

I have a similar problem where the app just shuts down, yet if I click the home button, it’s still open. Very frustrating when you are trying to read the feed from the groups. Go along reading, start over again from the top, start over again from the top, start over again from the top....

Oh fitbit...
So because I started this thread I just received an automated e-mail asking if I had recieved a solution for my problem...
As a matter of fact, not only have I not received a solution, nobody came in to explain why this has happened. I know it was automated, but it's still silly and tone deaf.
Oh well, what are you going to do...except laugh and roll my eyes.
