Why can't get my irregular heart rate notifications

I was getting my irregular heartrate notifications for months but the last few weeks when I go to see it nothing shows up and the app freezes.  I've called chat several times and have tried everything they suggest.  For a while if I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it I would get the heart rate notifications for that day.  Last four days I can't get it at all. I even subscribed to Premium but that didn't help.  Some help tells me its an issue with the app and they are working on it, others say they will refer me to a specialist but no one ever emails me.  Anyone else have this issue? I really

I am having the same problem.  I was always able to check to see if I've gotten an irregular heartrate notification, but for the last week or so when I go to check, the screen greys out and the app freezes.  I had been restarting my phone, but that isn't helping.  I just reinstalled the app and I have the same problem.  Help from tech or customer service would be nice.

I'm having the same problems. When I try to check my irregular heartbeat notifications the screen grays out. I have to "force stop" it and then I can get back into my Fitbit but not the irregular heartbeat notification. I had a message that I had irregular heartbeat but can't get to the message to see what it says. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and that did not help.
