Why does the app and Dashboard show different information?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

The information provided by Fitbit on iOS vs. MAC is not the same. Here are just a handful of examples:

iOS: Sleep data shows "Benchmark" information.
MAC: Sleep data does NOT show "Benchmark" information.
------------------------------------
iOS: Sleep data does NOT give a warning that you might lose sleep data if you edit the log.
MAC: Mac gives a warning that you might lose sleep data if you edit the log.
------------------------------------
iOS: Activity log shows your maximum heart rate during the activity.
MAC: Activity log does NOT show your maximum heart rate during the activity.
------------------------------------
iOS: shows a list of 50 of your Most Logged and Recent foods.
MAC: shows a list of only 20 of your Most Logged and Recent foods.
------------------------------------
iOS: does not show your daily totals, in grams, of your macros.
MAC: shows the daily totals, in grams, of your macros.
------------------------------------

Why?

This is maddening because I put a lot of my data onto a spreadsheet, and so I have to use BOTH iOS and the MAC apps to get what I need.
