Need help: I just got the new iPhone 6s Plus. I have been trying to sync my Fitbit all day and it will work. I have turned Bluetooth off and on and restarted the phone. Any suggestions?

Hi,

I dont have the same device as the instructions for restarting. I have a Fitbit HR Charge.

The time has updated on its own accord when charging the battery, and steps are being recorded. However, the app just stays on “syncing” mode the whole time whenever I go to the App to have a look at my stats.

Many thanks
Joanne

@Jojo73 thanks for the update and the clarification! I recommend restarting by doing the following:

  1. Plug your charging cable into the USB port and insert the other end into the port on the back of your Fitbit Charge HR. Your Charge HR will begin charging.
  2. Press and hold the button for 10 to 12 seconds until you see the Fitbit icon and a version number (e.g. "V122").
  3. Let go of the button.
  4. Unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

Also, please make sure that your Charge HR has been updated to it's latest version. Click here for instructions. Let me know how it goes! Cat Tongue
