Won't Sync

I have an Alta tracker. Yesterday I updated my iPhone iOS to 9.3.3. After the update the tracker won't sync to the iPhone. The app says its sync'd but it's not getting any data. I've restarted the tracker and also recycled the Bluetooth and iPhone. The app version is 2.25.
If I uninstall and reinstall the app, will I lose my older data?

@JP8E welcome to the Fitbit family! Yikes, that sounds a little weird. I recommend doing the following:

- Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.

- If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.

- Reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.

- Restart your tracker by doing the following:

    • Plug your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or any USB power adapter.
    • Insert the other end of the cable into the port on the back of your Fitbit Alta. Your Alta will begin charging.
    • Press the button on your charging cable three times within eight seconds, briefly pausing between presses. The button is on the end of the charging cable that is plugged into your computer.
    • Eight seconds after the first button press, you'll see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This means Alta is restarting.
    • After you see the logo you can unplug your tracker from the charging cable.

- Also, you might want to try setting it up from a different device such as a computer.

At this moment I don't recommend uninstalling the Fitbit app. Log out and then log back in and force a sync. Let me know how it goes! Cat Very Happy
