Thanks for taking a break from stepping to visit the Community @KLBgettingFIT @Coccinelle @Mysteps99 @Jchandler1 @Odyssey13. If you haven't done it already, please try these troubleshooting steps to resolve syncing issues with iOS devices provided by @DerrickS. Additionally, you can download the most recent app version for iOS devices (2.23.1). This should get you back on track.
@Jchandler1 I would recommend setting up your Fitbit tracker as a replacement device to your existing account as @Odyssey13 stated here. Let me know how it goes.

Same issue here and driving me crazy as I’m losing challenges when I have the steps. Trying from my iPhone 7plus and it says “Looking”. I bet this be my last Fitbit purchase seems to always be something with this thing.
