Won't sync or update

Help I just got t yesterday and I can't get it to sync or update with my phone

What fitbit model do you have @Harleyquinny11 ?

 

Have you checked that your phone is supported at www.fitbit.com/devices ?

 

If it is then the usual first thing to try is to restart your phone and your fitbit:

Hey hey hey @Harleyquinny11 welcome to our Community! It's great to have you here! Man WinkI noticed @SteveH asked you great questions that can help to resolve the issue you're having. I totally agree with him, if your device is a supported one for syncing please restart your tracker and then make sure you follow the steps provided at: I can't sync my tracker.
