I have a flex 2 and it often won't sync. Normally I just reset the Fitbit on the charger, and previously I have had to turn off Bluetooth on my phone, neither are working this time, flashing lights aren't happening when reset on charger! Help!

The fitbit restart procedure is known to not always work. If you only tried it once then it's worth trying it a few more times.

Thanks Steve, I tried a few times last night and this morning plus I've switched my phone completely off and on again, still won't sync

That doesn't sound good - the restart is usually a good bet ... and there's not a lot else to try!
