What happened to the workout option on the blaze device? I usually do my own workouts and now it doesn't log as accurately. I've set it up so it detects workouts >10 minutes but it's not the same once I upload it to the phone.

Hello @yschwartz, welcome aboard to our Community. I would like to know in which way your exercise is not correct. Are the steps, calories or total time not syncing as it should?

Are you using only SmartTrack (Automatically detects your exercise) or any other option to log activities?

Please let me know more details of this issue so we can find a solution.

I'll be around, if you have more questions let me know.

Hi,

The options to select the "type" of exercises includes bike, run,
treadmill, etc. It used also include an option for "workout" and that
option is no longer available.

@yschwartz, I had the same problem, what I had to do was to delete and reinstall the workout shortcut. To do this you will need to login to your Fitbit app and go to your account tab click on your tracker ( listed under your name) scroll down to exercise shortcuts and click on the edit tab. From there click on your workout shortcut and remove it.(click on the red - symbol to remove it) to add it back click on the + Symbol and select the workout shortcut to add it back. Select done and you should see it back on your tracker.

Hey thanks for your reply. Are you using they blaze Fitbit? Because I
cannot delete and re-add. I can only log things from the phone app. I'll
try perhaps deleting the app and reinstalling it.

@yschwartz, yes I have the blaze. I have the iPhone 6 plus. I use my phone to login to my Fitbit app. I'm not sure if android phones have the same interface for Fitbit app. I can delete and add my shortcuts using my phone. I have never had any problems. If you have seven shortcuts listed you will not be able to add anymore. Seven is the max you can have.
