Workouts disappear from the app

I’ve had 3 separate incidents where I had a workout completely disappear from the app a day later.

Thank you for sharing the details of the issue you’re experiencing. I would like to confirm if you used the Exercise app to track your workout or the exercise was tracked automatically? What type of exercises disappeared from your exercise history? I will be glad to investigate.

The exercise was tracked automatically. It was there one day and missing the next.

I appreciate the additional details and would like to confirm if you have any third party app connected to your Fitbit account? Do your exercises show on fitbit.com online dashboard? Does this issue affect some specific type of exercise? I also recommend trying the following:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Verify if the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version. For instructions, see this help article.
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  4. Reboot your phone.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

I have the same problem. I tried this. The workouts do show up in the browser, but not in the app.

The workout is back now.. I was hoping for that, it was a walk from exactly a week ago. And it appeared again a week later.
