Hello @LucianaP, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Please note that sometimes workouts synced might take up to 15 minutes to show up in the Fitbit app under the Exercise tile. Now, if that time has already passed and your workouts are still not showing up it's possible that the app is not showing the information correctly which is why I would like to suggest you the following:

  • Force-quit the app:
    1. From the home screen or any app, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause. This will invoke iOS multitasking, also known as the app switcher.
    2. Touch and hold on any app pane. A red icon with a minus symbol will appear at the top left of each app pane.
    3. Tap on the red icon to close the app. Alternatively, apps can be closed by swiping up on an app pane while in this view.
  • If that doesn't seem to work, log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.

Then, check if your workouts are now showing inside the Exercise tile.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
