Got my new Fitbit inspire HR today. Input my weight into the app but instead of it saying 10 stone 11 pounds like it says on my app my Fitbit is saying 10.714 St 11 pounds???! I’ve trying re syncing but it won’t change. Any suggestions?

@JoEd1977 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

I appreciate the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried. I've moved your post to this board because it's more related to the topic. 

I'm glad to hear that you received your Inspire HR today. I would like you to provide me with a screenshot of what you're seeing on the Fitbit app. Are you seeing this difference only in the Fitbit app or in the online Dashboard too?

I have the exact same problem. Fit bit scales show the correct weight, but my app is adding 5lbs on. I tried taking the batteries out then back in again. I tried getting off and on five times as suggested.
