I have my zip on 2 ipads the original set up one, a mini syncs various times when I pull it, not always but enough. But the other one will not sync it says the time from the previous day I can add exercise etc I think I have it on all day sync but cannot see where I need to check that.
I have done a hard start on the ipad.
Sometime during the evening it will sync last night 9pm But before midnight it will not sync for whole day if it goes earlier.

Hello @electra2008 good to see you around. I wonder when you try to sync the tracker, your other iPad is around? Is possible that the signal of other Bluetooth devices around can interfere with the syncing process.

If this is not the case, I would recommend the following:

  • Your device software is running a supported version. You can check for software updates in your mobile device settings. Settings > General > Software Update.
  • Bluetooth is enabled on your device. You can verify that Bluetooth is enabled in your phone settings. Settings > Bluetooth.

If you have checked out all of the above and your tracker is still not syncing, you can proceed with the following:

  • Turn off Bluetooth, turn it back on, and then open the Fitbit app.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, force quit the Fitbit app and open it again.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, reboot your mobile device and then open the Fitbit app again.
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try with a restart. If you need additional help with this take a look at this post
  • If your tracker didn't sync, try syncing with your computer.

Hope this helps and let me know how it goes.
