My Charge 4 buzzes now and then and shows 150, 300, 450, or 600.

What are these numbers?

How can I turn this notification off?

Hello @TangoDJ and welcome to the Help forums.  You mention zone minutes in your title and that makes me think you are seeing the progress to your weekly zone minute goal.  You don't set this on the phone app.  It is set on your Fitbit device.  Instructions for the different models are in this Help article in the section Can I turn off zone notifications on my Fitbit device?

Thanks for the reply, @LZeeW. I have zone notifications turned off in all 3 places shown in that help article, but I'm still getting the zone notifications (Fat Burn, Cardio, Peak) when I use the Walk exercise AND the zone minutes (150, 300, 450, etc.) regardless of whether I am using an exercise app or not! I would really like to turn ALL of them off! Thanks!
