I’ve only had my versa 2 for 2 days. It won’t record zone minutes, heart rate zones, when swimming.
it also won’t record sleep, readiness score, etc.
Is there a fix or do I send this back to Amazon?

Hello @HelenVH and welcome to the Community. Your Versa 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured. AZMs were added in a firmware update. You should be getting firmware updates any time now (usually 24-48 hours after activation).

I already have the new update. I received my Versa on Monday and updated it Tuesday am. I’m still not receiving sleep scores, readiness scores, zone minutes, or accurate exercise details.
