Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
Hi
Upgraded software yesterday, but it's become unreliable syncing on iPad since. I had deleted device, disconnected blue tooth, and reconnected device yesterday to solve problem, but today, I've had same problem, and on disconnecting, then reconnecting device, it's getting stuck on 'connecting device'. Getting a bit fed up of it.... Can you resolve please

It's great to see you around @Catoline. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not syncing, I recommend following our syncing troubleshoot. After these steps your tracker should work without an inconvenience.

Let me know the outcome. Woman Wink

Hello @SunsetRunner, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

If you're only able to see the Calories Burned tile on the Fitbit app, it's possible your tracker has been accidentally unpaired from your account. Please tap on the Account tab and check if your tracker is listed underneath your name; if it's not, that's the reason the rest of the tiles are not appearing. If that's the case, let's set up your tracker as a new device:

  1. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account tab at the bottom of the screen, then tap on "Set up a New Device"
  2. Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue
  3. When the app asks you to replace your current tracker, please replace it and continue with the process.

I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else. Smiley Wink
