challenge information not syncing correctly

Yesterday I had 16,000 steps and should have won the goal day challenge.  I received the notification and the trophy that said I won, but on the page that shows all of my friends it shows only three people completed the challenge and i was not one of them.  It only shows me at 81% of the goal and the challenge shows as ended.  How do I fix this?

Hello @shelleytyler, welcome!, it's always nice seeing new faces around!

 

It is possible the challenge informaton hadn't updated on the online Dashboard by the time you finished the challenge as you were able to receive the trophy on your mobile app. Which challenge did you complete? Did the information updated after 24 have passed? Having that information would be very helpful to check this further.
