I have the iphone 5s and my alta is all set up and I receive call notifications and calendar notifications but I do not receive any text message notifications?? I have read and googled and done everything I can think of and now I am getting really frustrated. Please help! Thank you

@sdonz You use the charging cable to restart the Alta - not the computer dongle. You can find this POST to explain how to restart it.
As for your text messages, make sure on your iPhone, you have "Show in notification center" , "Allow in notification center", and "Show on lock screen" to help with the texts.

It's great to see you participating in our Community @sdonz. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If your tracker is not receiving texts notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.

I have tried restarting bluetooth and my phone and the app and and still no luck. I have am able to receive calendar notifications and phone calls but not text messages. I was not sent the computer attachment (dongle) to charge my alta - so I am unaware on how to reboot my tracker. Please help I am getting frustrated and need this feature to work properly. Thank you!
