My Charge 2 worked well until the last update. Since then, I no longer receive text/phone notifications. I've check all settings for notifications in the app and on the iPhone 6. I've disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth, and I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Assistance would be much appreciated!

Thanks for letting me know the troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. At this moment I would like to suggest you to check if your tracker is not currently in the "Do Not Disturb" mode. To do this, press the button on the side of your Charge 2 for 2 seconds while on the clock face, a message and a vibration will let you know if "Do Not Disturb" has been turned on or off.
