the clock face "TrekV4FB" will not install properly. It is stuck on installing mode, and is causing syncing problems with my device. in order to sync my device, each time i have to go into clock faces and tap "later" to the prompt for 'problem installing clock face'. it also won't allow me to delete the clock face. after reaching out to the developer, he said this is a Fibit App problem and not his problem.

Hi @MrAnderson41 - I believe the developer is wrong in saying it is a Fitbit app problem. For any third party clock face, it is up to the developer to make the face compatible with the Fitbit app, not vice versa. It sounds like that clock face may not be compatible with your specific Fitbit device.
Please try this:
- Open the Fitbit app on your phone.
- Tap Account -> (Name of your Fitbit device) -> clock faces -> All clocks.
- Pick one from the “By Fitbit” category.
This should get you out of the loop. From here, you can try setting up a different clock face, if you want. Let us know how it goes.
