Help. Just purchased this and Apple says The app either isn’t available or isn’t working because the Alta HR has not been upgrades to latest software.
Anyone else having trouble? Any idea when software will be upgraded?
Plse help will will have to return Fitbit if doesn’t work with iPhone or ipad

I'm sorry you're having problems with this. I'm just a little confused... Where is it that you get this message? Are you able to open the Fitbit app or is it that you go to the AppStore and it won't let you download the app because of this error?
If you've already downloaded the app, you can try to delete it and install it again. Once it's installed, log in with your email address and password and see if you're able to see your Alta HR paired or if it gives you any type of error.
