hi
i do not have a fitbit wrist device, but, was hoping the app on the phone will track , record and send my activity data to vitality. i have got the device linked however i have not seen any points come through on vitality so i am a bit suspicious on the set-up i have.
i was previously using the "moves" app, which recently started to cause problems for me so i came to fitbit, one of the other recommended apps from vitality.
can someone please help ?

Hello @neil546, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
If the information from your Fitbit app is not counting for your Vitality points, I would like to suggest removing the link between both apps and linking them again:
- Go to the Applications section of your online Dashboard.
- Locate Vitality and click on Revoke Access.
- Go to the Vitality website and log in with your credentials.
- Click on the ‘Fitness devices and apps’ page under the ‘Gym and Fitness’ section on the Vitality menu and click on ‘Link my Fitbit account’.
- Log in using your Fitbit account username and password.
- Click on ‘Allow’ to authorise the connection and link your Fitbit account to Vitality.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply!

Unfortuantely Fitbit are struggling to keep up in the Healthcare world!
They are not compatible with AppleHealth thro which vitality utilise the data. Unfortunately Fitbit are falling behind and not keeping their development of functionality with the pace of the health and fitness industry. I would never purchase a Fitbit again. Go to Vitality Support => activity trackers => connect to fitbit and that also may help you.
