flex 2 not Pairing with iPhone 6s

hello guys, I just recieved my flex 2 for christmas and its not pairing with my iphone 6, i've charged it all day and my bluetooth is turned on. I dont know what elese to do, ive even restarted my phone.

@keesh  Have you set it up yet?  You add the tracker through the mobile App - not through bluetooth.  Use this Set up Guide to help you set it up.

 

If you have added it already, what errors are you seeing?
