iMessages not syncing with versa

I have my Bluetooth connected to my versa and notifications are on in both my iPhone and Fitbit.. I get all calls and text message notifications from WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook BUT no text messages that comes in my actual phone number or via IMESSAGE.. I even get FaceTime calls but nothing from my messages and iMessage. What is wrong?!

Same! When I called Verizon as well as FitBit all they could tell me was they are working on the issue there’s been numerous reports! 😡

I just got off the phone with customer support and they told me the iPhone 11 is not yet compatible with my Versa. They do not have a time frame of when this will be resolved but stated to keep an eye on the Fitbit app for updates. Currently everything works except I cannot get any of my text messages to show up on my Versa. Needless to say I am not pleased.
