Hi there @Cabanarocky, welcome aboard to our Community. It has been a few days since you mentioned this issue. I wonder how it goes so far? The new update should not interfere with setting up your tracker.
I got the feeling, you were able to set up your tracker already and if this is the case just let me know and disregard the next steps.
In case the issue persists do the following:
- Turn your tracker off and back on by restarting it. (use this post if you need the steps to restart your tracker: How do I restart my Fitbit Flex?
- Try the setup process again:
- On the Fitbit app for iOS dashboard, tap the Account tab.
- Tap Set Up a Device.
- Choose your tracker and follow the onscreen instructions to continue.
- If you can't set up after a restart, reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
- Try setting up your tracker again.
