iOS 13.1 not syncing

Since updating to iOS 13.1 Fitbit won’t complete sync process. Comes up with sync failed.

First and foremost I apologize for my last post. Your needing a syncing solution not a notification solution. Try this to repair your syncing issue:

  • On your iPhone or iPad, go to Settings > Privacy > Bluetooth.
  • You should see a list of every app that requested Bluetooth access on your device.
  • Turn the switch on or off for each device.

Hello @SunsetRunner 

I'm sorry your having syncing issues. 

Try looking here and set it up this way on your device:

iOS Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show Previews > Always (Default) 

also iOS settings>notifications>Fitbit> ON
