iOS 13.4.1 not compatable with Versa 2

Since iOS 13.4.1 updated on my iPhone on Friday, April 10, my Versa 2 is (1) unable to click through the front screen to view different stats (e.g., heart rate, steps), (2) unable to scroll to other screens, and (3) the message notification pull-down does not show the clear option to clear messages.

Thanks for sharing that your phone is updated, as well for bringing this to my attention. Let me help you with this matter. Before anything else, are those issues affecting your Versa 2 itself or is the Fitbit app the one not working? In case the issue is with your watch, I'd recommend to restart it as described in this help article to correct any misbehavior, sync it with the Fitbit app and keep an eye on it.
