what is the point of updates if they just screw things  up?!!

Hello @Calitj1

I’m not sure what steps you have already tried because you didn’t mention it. Can I suggest trying this:

go to:

iOS Settings > Notifications > Messages > Show Previews > Always (Default)

also iOS settings>notifications>Fitbit> ON

On your iPhone's settings, tap on "Bluetooth".

  1. Then tap on "i" button next to your Fitbit device's name.
  2. Turn on toggle switch next to "Share System Notifications"
  3. Then test the notifications one more time.

😃 please let me know if this helps and resolves your issue

I have a similar problem with my Inspire HR, after the update it won’t sync and cannot find Bluetooth. It is set up to allow notifications , I have turned Bluetooth and my phone off and on, restarted my phone, restarted my Fitbit but still not syncing ? Very frustrating

Hello @Emmar21

Yours is a syncing issue I understand. Let’s try this:

log out of your Fitbit app then force shut the app by swiping up on the app then restart your iOS device. Now let’s restart your inspire HR (you will not lose your data doing this) Here’s how:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Hold the other end of the charging cable near the port on the back of the tracker until it attaches magnetically. The pins on the charging cable must connect securely with the port.
  3. Press and hold the button on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. unplug your tracker

Now try logging back into your Fitbit app and trying syncing now to see if your Bluetooth is now correctly paired with your Inspire HR.
😉 Please let me know if this resolves your issue
