iOS App Error

Whey trying to open the FitBit app on iOS I received a message the account would be deleted soon. After searching these boards, I deleted the app, performed a normal power down and restart of the phone, and reinstalled the app.  Now when logging in i get "Oops, something went wrong. Please try again."  I've deleted the app & re-installed three times and continue to get the same error.  Any suggestions?

I see that your posting from am account that was created in April of 2018, is this the account that your trying to log into?

The oops something went wrong could be a busy server, or simply the app having problems connecting to Fitbit.

Im moving your iOS app issue out of the Versa hardware issue board and into iOS.

the app has been working for over a year.  Today i get the "Your account is about to be deleted" message.  Based on other postings, the only recourse is to remove the app & re-install.  I deleted the app, soft rebooted the iphone and reinstalled the app.  Since early this am, I have tried to log into the app and receive the oops message. Must be something more than the server being busy. Other recommendations?

@RKSk  As Community Council members, we look tend to look at several forums and monitor what is going on.  I just have to say I have the "I have  a bad feeling about this" feeling.  The are reports of accounts being compromised.  I think you should contact Support.  The servers are not too busy.
