I, like many others, have informed Fitbit/Google of the problems since the new app was released. Moderator has indicated that the issue was escalated. App doesn't perform any better today than it did when first released. I have been loyal to Fitbit, owning Charges 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. My wife has also owned a few different Fitbit models. I have been reluctant to migrate to Apple watch because of the cost but if the app isn't updated asap I will no longer be a Fitbit customer. Been training for a 1/2 marathon which is on 5/5/24 and the only way I can view my run data is by logging on to my PC. The app had been just fine until Google came around and released the new app.

Here we are in July and this is still an issue (at least for me!) This is very frustrating, especially since the Dashboard is no longer available on the Fitbit.com website.
