I, like many others, have informed Fitbit/Google of the problems since the new app was released. Moderator has indicated that the issue was escalated. App doesn't perform any better today than it did when first released. I have been loyal to Fitbit, owning Charges 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6. My wife has also owned a few different Fitbit models. I have been reluctant to migrate to Apple watch because of the cost but if the app isn't updated asap I will no longer be a Fitbit customer. Been training for a 1/2 marathon which is on 5/5/24 and the only way I can view my run data is by logging on to my PC. The app had been just fine until Google came around and released the new app.
