Hello @Paul_UK, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community!
To clarify, is the Active Minutes tile not showing on the app or the Active minutes are not syncing properly? If the tile is not showing, make sure it's not currently hidden by scrolling down on the app and tapping on the Edit button.
If the Active Minutes are not counting or syncing, please try to log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in, then wait for a moment until all the information updates.
Give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!

Hello,
Yes it is the Active Minutes that are not counting or syncing, all started since the last update. Ive logged off the app, reset my iphone and delete the app and reinstalled it. Nothing has changed.

Hope you're doing great @Paul_UK and @Fitatarian, it's nice to see new faces in the Forums. Some times log out from the App or quitting the App can do the trick when you're not getting all your stats after syncing.
Are you both getting Active minutes in your tracker but they are not being reported in your Fitbit Dashboard after syncing? If so please, is it possible for you to reply with a screenshot of your "Active minutes" vs. "Your tracker display" after syncing? That would be very helpful to further investigate.
I'll be waiting your response!
