Fitbit Update 4/29
Please update to Fitbit iOS App version 2.22 if you haven't already. This App update should help with iOS exercise logs not updating. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.
Fitbit Update 3/24
It was brought to our attention that some users' workouts aren't showing up on their iOS activity log, but are showing up on their Fitbit.com activity log.
This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. Thanks in advance for everybody's patience.

@Wgogle I've merged your post into this thread where users are experiencing something similar. Be sure to check out the lead-in post of this thread for updates.
@tomandandy It definitely seems like there is an association between the two issues. If you are still having trouble with exercises syncing over to your account when logging them on the App, I'd recommend logging exercises on Fitbit.com as a short-term workaround until a long-term solution is available. Apologies for any potential inconvenience.
It's now April 2016 and the fitbit workouts for iOS are not logging on the Flex. Sort of frustrating when steps don't show up and there is no way to add STEPS, only activity or exerciese times... Any remedy forthcoming soon?
I too have been having the same issue in that manual exercise logging comes up with an error "not synced, try synching again" since the mid march update of the IOS app. Have reported it and followed up twice and they say they are workng on it but, here it is almost three weeks and still cannot log workouts despite at least two updates to the app since. Sorry, but pretty poor service in my opinion. I can log though the website which I have been doing.

The exercises are recorded but not visible in the app. If you logon online to the dashboard you will see your exercises and can be adjusted to fit the right sport

Best AnswerThis does not work for me either. My workout sessions, logged through the IOS app, are not recorded on the website either. The only way I can add a workout is by visiting the website and adding it there. Despite re-loading the app, it still will not sync any workout added (logged) manually. If I hold the button down on my fitbit and record a workout that way it will sync and appear in my totals.
Sorry, but there have been two updates since this problem began and lots of posts associated with this issue many of us are having. They should go back two versions ago and reverse engineer what they did to discover what the problem is. Most of us have probably contacted Fitbit Tech support ( I have twice), so it is not like they are not aware of the issue. Meanwhile, they keep coming out with new features, which are good features to have, but please put some resources to work to fix issues caused by your own update.
