Fitbit Update 4/29
Please update to Fitbit iOS App version 2.22 if you haven't already. This App update should help with iOS exercise logs not updating. Click here to be redirected to the iOS App Store.

Fitbit Update 3/24
It was brought to our attention that some users' workouts aren't showing up on their iOS activity log, but are showing up on their Fitbit.com activity log.

This is a known issue that our team is currently investigating. Thanks in advance for everybody's patience.

Starting on March 17, not all of my exercises sync when I enter them on the app. CrossFit does, Martial Arts-grappling and Yoga don't. I haven't tried any others.

Update of the app on March 21 didn't make a difference. Bluetooth is enabled. Latest iOS software is installed. Repeated tries to enter the activity didn't make a difference, nor did logging out and restarting my phone.

Having the same problem. Since days i have to log activities from the website. Smiley Sad

Also having the problem that logging certain foods i pretty much eat at every dinner are causing a logout forcing me to enter my login information to get back into the app.

I manually enter weight training and recumbent bike exercise 5 days a week on my iPad. On March 17, 2016, it worked. But all subsequent entries, beginning March 18 indicate (not synced) in red. When I try to manually sync nothing happens. It now looks like I am a total slouch even though I am still working out...

For a week now my Fitbit says, in parentheses & in red, that it's not syncing my exercises that I input in the tracker. I manually sync it but it does not. Please help. Thanks.

Hi @ambar,

For clarification, do your exercises show up on your Fitbit.com exercise log? To check, log into your Fitbit account on Fitbit.com and click here.

Also, if the exercises are still not showing up on your activity log on the App, does: force quitting the App and restarting the App with a strong internet connection help?

Lastly, if the problem persists after trying the troubleshoots mentioned above, can you please provide a screenshot of the red text message with the parentheses that you are seeing?

Keep me posted!

I don't wear my Charge HR during Bikram Yoga becuse it has a tendancy to irritate my wrist. Additionally I was worried after reading several reviews of people indicating that the sweat caused their fitbit to stop working properly. Therefore I always manually enter my Bikram Yoga excerise following the end of my class.

Over the past several days my entries have not been syncing with my iPhone fitbit app. All other exercise that my Charge HR tracks throughout the day (walking, running, etc.) syncs without any issue. When I open the exercise tab from the dashboard it shows that I've tried to add the entry (but has a red indicator stating "not synced") and when I log into my account online it has no indication that Bikram was attempted to be entered at all. I have tried closing and reopening the app, making sure all appropriate updates have been downloaded, and restarting my phone.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Does anyone know how to fix it?

Thank you for your assistance!

I've experienced the same issue with logged entries since this last Friday! There are other people that have the same issue but they don't quite explain it as detailed as you have! Hopefully they get it fixed soon!

Your exercise sole toon is horrible. I want to be able to track the actual exercises I do. Please make it so we can enter our own exercises.

My exercises stay on my iPad and do not show up anywhere else- not online, nor on my phone. I can't seem to send a screenshot although I have some.

I put one on my Dropbox here:

I have been going through this for days with no help from the Fitbit people. Tiles continued to disappear and they told me my device wasn't paired with an account. Not true! To correct it, go in to your account on the app and click "set up device." Go through everything all over, including entering the four digit code, and it will reset it. Your badges will still be there. The only thing that won't show are the days it didn't register on your app, even if it registers on your Fitbit. Much better than waiting for engineers to rectify the issue.
