I updated my iPhone XS to iOS 13 Beta 3 and now the iOS Fitbit v2.95 constantly crashes. I have tried to delete and reinstall it several times to no avail. Any ideas to get it working again or get a patch for iOS 13?

How did you go back to 12?

Also crashing on me on iOS 13 public beta. Reinstalled the app and rebooted and no avail. It was working on the previous public beta but this one seems to have broken it. I am on an iPhone X
Didn’t work for me unfortunately. It allows me to log in & then when I get to the “allow notifications” pop up, the app force closes, same as before. Such a shame, I’m desperate to make use of my new gadget properly!
someone said they downgraded back to ios12, how easy/tricky is that?
BTW, I went into the Notifications settings and turned them off for Fitbit, but it still does not work.

Worked to load the app and login. As soon as “allow notifications” prompt came up, app crashed and same issue again.

Best AnswerPotential explanation‽‽‽‽‽
I created a new account with a different email address. And this time it worked. It's not crashing.
Best AnswerThe plot thickens.
1. I successfully logged in with the new account. The app works.
2. I logged out and tried to login with my old credentials. Crash!
3. I deleted and reinstalled the app, and logged in with new credentials. Success!
4. I logged out and tried to login with my old credentials. Crash!
5. I logged into Fitbit on my Mac, and changed my password for my original account.
6. I reinstalled Fitbit on my iPhone and tried the new credentials. Crash.
7. I give up. Going to get on with my life. I have not even owned a Fitbit for over a year. Perhaps it's time to ditch this crummy app too

I suspect its the fitbit trying to sync with the app thats causing the crash
In my case I do not use a Fitbit tracker. I have my iPhone connected to the Fitbit app. Are there others like me who do not use a Fitbit tracker? Or is the problem present for those of you who have actual Fitbit tracker’s?
Best AnswerI also created like you did and the app did not crash but it was also showing the new dashboard. However my old credentials show the old dashboard. I wonder if that has anything to do with it.
Best AnswerIve given up & put ios12 back on. It involved a factory reset which is a massive pain but worth it to get all my apps back & working. Won’t be doing that again! Just glad to have my Fitbit app back 🙂
