iOS Fitbit app constantly crashes with iOS 13 beta

I updated my iPhone XS to iOS 13 Beta 3 and now the iOS Fitbit v2.95 constantly crashes.  I have tried to delete and reinstall it several times to no avail.  Any ideas to get it working again or get a patch for iOS 13?

Same here. I’ve deleted the app, and reinstalled it. The app allows me to login and it’s fine. Right after I login, it crashes constantly.

Ok. I moved to my iPad iOS 12 and all good. Turned off Fitbit notifications on phone iOS 13 pub beta 3 and Fitbit launches. Added device back to iPhone  and Fitbit launched and synced ok. Turned notifications back on and continues to launch and sync. Four hours so far so good.

I just sync on my computer until this gets fixed. I love the iOS 13 beta

Same issue with iOS 13 public beta 3 on iPhone 6s.

I don't know if Fitbit fixed it without an update. Today, the app starts again normally on my iPhone XR iOS 13 Public Beta 3.

I can confirm its also launching! Must have been an issue on their end and

I just noticed the same thing that the app has started working again. I am glad that it is so now I can go back to using it again.

Mine randomly worked today. iOS beta 3 with most up-to-date FitBit app available on App Store. Not sure why. 🤷🏾‍:male_sign: Let’s see if it continues to do so.

I think I figured it out. I paired my watch to another device. Uninstalled
Fitbit on my iphone. Reinstalled the app. Logged in. Paired to my iPhone
again and it’s working. The very end of pairing it asked for location
services. The one thing I noticed that’s different is it asked for location
services and actually showed under location in privacy. I don't recall it
having that before. Hope this helps someone else.

My data is all incorrect even with ios 12.0.3. My average step count has been going down even though i am walking a few thousand more. Also my resting heart is wrong it says 71 but the device is showing in the low 60’s. (58 this morning)

All of a sudden, Fitbit on my iPhone has stopped working again. Same as before only no updates to iOS.  Frustrating.

I'm experiencing the same issue again. There was an update 3 days ago with version 3.2.

It was still working fine after the update. I hope that Fitbit are working on this.

This seems to be account related so must be server side. I have two accounts (One for testing) and that still works fine using IOS 13, but when I log out and try and use my other fitbit account it crashes. This happens on both my IPhone 6s and Iphone X, so it doesn't seem hardware related.

IOS 13 is currently in beta mode, this means not all apps will function as expected, this is the risk of running beta software. I have other apps on my phone which have done the same thing. The only way to pretty much guarantee this not happening is not to run any beta software and wait for the official release of each IOS.

The hardware is not the issue, this could easily happen to apple apps as well during a beta phase.

Its just a downside of being a beta tester i'm afraid.
