I left my charge 3 at home and used the mobile tracker however on the way home I removed it and re paired my mobile tracker to update it. I lost steps. They went down from 13k to 8k. Now I used to be able to remove it and get them back but it seams to have synced itself up and I’m stuck with 8k steps. I was able to share the original step amount on my profile before they disappeared. I have finally got my charge 3 back on and that says I’ve only done 5k. I’m at a loss.
Ok so if I re link the mobile tracker app it goes back to up 12,000 then goes down to 8,000 and my iOS Heath app also says I did 12,000 steps so is there a way to Lee them at 12,000?
