Latest update to FITBIT iOS app now causes app to bomb immediately on trying to open.
I closed all apps, restarted my phone, but slapp still crashes. What gives? Anyone else have this problem?
I have a Charge 3 and an iPhone 6S+. Up until last week it worked fine.

Hi everyone,
Recently downloaded and installed the latest version of the Fitbit app (v3.41) on my iPhone XR (on the latest iOS) for my Ionic and it’s now totally unusable. As soon as it syncs with my ionic, the whole app freezes and it doesn’t work at all. I’ve deleted and reinstalled it several times but nothing has cured it.
My Ionic is absolutely fine and still synced / recording data, but the app is completely non functional once it syncs or you go to use exercise track / sleep tracker / any function.
Can anyone help at all?
cheers

For a few weeks now I have been unable to look at the specific graph for my night’s sleep. I can see how long I’ve slept but every time I click on the sleep section, it freezes and doesn’t let me click the specific days to see the graph. I’ve updated it and it still won’t work.

I have an iPhone Xs Max. it is on IOS 14.4.2. Both the fitbit and fitbit coach apps try to open when I tap them but then immediately crash and close. This has been occurring since yesterday. Considering that the display on my charge 3 burned out about a month ago, I had been using the app to track my steps. The charge 3 still works, just no display. However - I can't see my steps now because the app WILL NOT OPEN. I really do NOT want to delete and reload the app because that could affect my data in Apple Health. According to my update log, you pushed an update to my phone 2 days ago for the Fitbit: Health & Fitness app (version 3.41) which is when this started.
Why is my app no longer working?

I’m having the same issue. I sync and then when I click on my sleep stats, it opens and then freezes. I’ve noticed it the last few days. Just did the update now and nothing changed.

@Subcaptain @ChristineM16 we have had some reports on iOS 3.41 causing the app to crash. Some have reported that uninstalling, reinstalling the Fitbit app helps. If the issue persists, please provide the model of your iOS device and OS version for further investigation.
