Issue started about two days ago. I can open the app, but when I click on my profile icon to try and access my account the app force closes like half a second later. I am running iOS 16.5 on a iPhone 12 Pro. I tried to use access my account from the app on my iPad mini and the same problem occurred. I have reinstalled the app and restarted my phone multiple times and nothing has changed.

I have the same issue and apparently so do others. I started a thread prior to yours noting the same condition. At this point, I do not believe there is anything we users can do to resolve it and must wait for another app update.

Updating the app to the latest version 3.84 has resolved this issue for me.

I was able to resolve the issue by logging in on my computer and removing my Fitbit watch from my account.
