iOS app crashing

I have and iPhone 6 and my Fitbit app crashes all the time. And it's not even one particular thing in the app. It will just freeze and sometimes it causes my iPhone to restart. Is anyone else experiencing this? I really like the app but it's almost getting to the point where I can't use it.

It's nice to have you on board @dtman04 Woman Very Happy, welcome! I'd recommend checking if your Fitbit app is up-to-date. Once this has been verified, do:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit App
  • Force quit the App
  • Restart your Charge HR
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fibit App
