When checking activity statistics, whether cycling, running or walking, the application turns off automatically.

Thank you for bringing this up in the forum. I thought I was going crazy or doing something wrong or thought I was going crazy exclamation exclamation exclamation it is frustrating to have to close Fitbit and reopen it in hopes that the data will update and the problem will be corrected. my only comment is that this is an intermittent issue and I have been unable to re-create it so that I might better inform Fitbit customer care as to my experience.
