I am legally blind and I don't see well enough to read the device, so I always relied on the app to keep track of things from day to day. While I had trouble reading the fine print on the iphone app, I could see the larger graphics well enough to see my step count, etc.
With the new layout (which I didn't accept, want or need and was forced onto my device, despite declining the new layout) the app (and the device) are now entirely inaccessible to me, rendering it useless.
Is there anyway to revert to an earlier version of the app or get the old layout back? If not, I'm afraid I'll no longer be able to use this device. What a shame, I got a lot of use out of it until just now.

I would call Fitbit directly and demand help. I’m not legally blind but after having a brain tumor removed it left me with severe double vision. I know how frustrating not being able to see well can be but also know that there should be some compensation Fitbit could add to their app for people with vision problems. I hope calling Fitbit directly can offer you something that would help you or suggest something for you to do that I’m not aware of. I do hope you find the answers you seek. Don’t give up. Good luck to you.

Wow - way to go @AlvaroFitbit . That stock answer is starting to get really annoying, specially as you know as well as we do that fitbit have no intention of changing the UI of the iOS app. It's actually insulting to your customers that you keep suggesting we waste our time asking for something that's never going to happen. What's worse is that fitbit are now actually ignoring the needs of the visually impaired...

In other words, the visually impaired, senior citizens, and other people with sight disabilities can go pound sand.
Are the developers even looking into making the app dashboard compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act? Not that they have to but they should want to accommodate all of their “valued” customers, don’t you think? How difficult would it be to add a text size function? Apple has an option for the visually impaired.
I wonder if AARP would get involved?

Well said @SunsetRunner As I mentioned earlier I’m vision impaired and I couldn’t agree more. I did find a suggestion for it under “Fitbit Suggestions” and voted yes. The suggestion is old so I’m not going hold my breath. 🤷:female_sign: I might pass out waiting. More than anything thank you for the manner in which you addressed this. Polite, sensitive and compassionate 😉♥️

You’re welcome, MegaBite. I would love for Fitbit to be all inclusive. Our money is just as valuable as “regular” folk. Now, if only Fitbit valued us just as much. They can correct this oversight, should they care. We’ll see... well, not all of us! 😂
