Charge 3 constantly fail to sync with my iPhone Max X

Hi my Fitbit 3 is constantly showing fail to sync with my iPhone, never have this issue with my previous Fibit 2, can someone help me?

I follow the instructions for either quit the app and get back in, or restart the fibit 3 it self, it will work for a while but then the error keep showing again.

Did I get a defect product? should I start a return and exchange process?

Let me help you with your Charge 3 not syncing with your phone and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
