I did all the suggested remedies to get charge 3 to sync but still claims that Bluetooth is not on. Any further suggestions?

Welcome @Sparky0524

Did you recently update to iOS 13? Also what troubleshooting steps have you taken? It’s helps me to know what you have already done.
keep me posted.

Same here with an Inspire and I understand that if I uninstall the FitBit app we lose all data that wasn’t synced.

Hello @S-FB welcome,

Great question....you will not lose data if you uninstall and reinstall your Fitbit App. Most Fitbit devices record detailed minute-by-minute data for 7 days. (Fitbit Alta records minute-by-minute datafor five days). Fitbit devices can store daily totals for up to 30 days. So your perfectly safe as long as you haven’t gone longer then those day’s stated. 😉

Someone suggested uninstalling charge 3 and reinstalling again (because of iOS update 13). I did so and now I cannot reinstall as it keeps saying I need to turn on Bluetooth—which IS on. I’m frustrated.
